The main task:

Development and practical support of the implementation of Lean culture methodology tools, and as well as ensuring the implementation of projects and programs aimed at increasing the efficiency of continuous improvement of processes to achieve the company's goals.

Main results:

• implementation of TRM at production sites and systematic improvement of efficiency of this tool;
• implementation of the A3 methodology for solving system problems at production sites at all levels of management;
• implementation of daily management at production sites;
• conducting internal training for company employees based on Lean methodology.

Requirements:

• complete higher education, technical or economic;
• level of English - Intermediate (preferred);
• knowledge of Lean methodology and tools;

• knowledge of the quality management system in terms of project management;
• additional courses/certifications in the field of project management and Lean.
