Construction project manager in SPP Development Ukraine

MAIN TASKS AND FUNCTIONS:

• Coordination of all stages of implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy (solar, wind, hybrid plants, energy storage systems).
• Development and control of the implementation of the project roadmap.
• Organization and control of construction works, compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Risk management and resolution crisis situations.
• Cooperation with government bodies, contractors, technical consultants.
• Negotiations and support of legal aspects of the project (permits, licenses, agreements). suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance of the project with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Quality control of equipment and works.
• Interaction with certification bodies and control bodies.
• Organization and coordination of the work of the project team.
• Monitoring of progress, preparation of regular reports.
• Analysis of renewable market trends of energy.
• Implementation of modern technological solutions to increase the efficiency of projects.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education (electromechanics, energy)
• Work experience - from 3 years in a similar position (in the energy industry will be an advantage).
• Experience in negotiating with contractors, drawing up and agreeing technical tasks, monitoring implementation works.
• Perfect knowledge of construction processes and norms, the sequence of execution of construction works.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result.
• Attention to details and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
