Construction project manager in RESTEQ

We are planning to build a Town House in the outskirts of Warsaw and are looking for a Construction Project Manager.

Tasks:

< li>Searching for a building plot.

• Participation in the development of the project concept and inediting the project budget.

• Optimization of all stages of work, deadlines, project indicators.

• Organization of the contract preparation process (design, tenders, general contracting, etc.).

• Participation and control of drawing up the work schedule and construction budget.

• Monitoring and control of construction stages, compliance with object quality indicators.

• Reconciliation of the acts of construction and assembly work performed by the company's divisions and subcontracting organizations.

• Solution of organizational and administrative issues regarding the construction of the facility.

• Organization of the formation and collection of all necessary technical documentation for the passport of the object.

• Commissioning of the facility.

• Providing regular reports to the manager about the status of the project.
