?Responsibilities:

• ? organization and full support of construction projects (from the initial stage to commissioning);
• management of operational activities of the project management department;
• negotiations with customers and contractors;
• conclusion of contractual relations with customers and subcontractors for design and construction and installation works and control of the fulfillment of contract terms;
• preparation of the tender schedule, participation in the tender committee;
• quality control and established construction deadlines;
• control and planning of project budgets and the project management department.

Requirements:

• ?higher professional education;
• successful experience in managing construction projects;
• work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or the position of chief engineer;
• own car;
• possible fire business trip.
