Your ideal profile:

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of operation of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory services.    
• Basic knowledge of IP telephony, basic SQL skills.   
• Excellent knowledge of Ubuntu, Windows systems and skills in working with the server part.  
• PC assembly skills and understanding of configuration principles.  
• Skills in working with a local network, including laying cables, connecting and configuring active network equipment.
• Understanding the principles of TCP/IP network protocols.
• Understanding the principles of Vlan, VPN technologies.

What will you do as

• monitoring the operation of services;
• handling incidents, user requests through the service desk directly in the office or remotely;
• supporting users, providing advice on technical issues;
• configuring/installing Windows, Linux operating systems;
• connecting, configuring and installing drivers for peripheral equipment;
• perform computer assembly, modular replacement hardware parts;
• diagnosis of PC hardware and software failures;
• local network support and other tasks;
• priority diagnosis of sorting line failures;
• support of information service terminals.
