Your main tasks will be:

• the first line of support for users of the ERP system;
• IT Enterprise and other software products;
• detection of an incident in the operation of information systems;
• analyze and take measures to eliminate incidents;
• monitor the status and resolution process of open requests (incidents);
• consult users and solve their queries on the first line of support;
• fill the information and reference base;
• information protection and information security, within the limits of their authority, in accordance with established instructions and orders;
• availability of corporate services and business applications to users according to their authority and access levels;< /li>
• updating information, controlling access to employees granting access rights to data, in accordance with their authority;

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• professional work experience of 3 years;
• work experience in the field related to information technologies from 3 years;
• availability of practical work skills with office software and accounting systems;
• experience in supporting the work of users in accounting systems and the systems themselves (ERP, Parus, 1C, others);
• experience of working on Service Desk and Help Desk platforms;
• ordered documents, namely an existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired) and others.
