< strong>Your main tasks will be:

• ensuring the coordinated work of the engineers of the team to ensure a high level of service and the efficiency of the team as a whole in achieving the set goals and completing the tasks;
• providing highly qualified support to users, solving complex requests and providing advice to other team members, training and mentoring other team members to improve their skills and efficiency;
• ensuring high reliability and fault tolerance of corporate equipment, monitoring IT services and systems for timely detection and resolution of possible problems, timely response to emergency and emergency situations;
• ensuring the operational condition of corporate IT equipment and software, which ensure the operation and availability of the company's IT services;
• maintenance and supporting user appeals in accordance with current rules and procedures, analyzing problems and developing a strategy to prevent them in the future; li>
• initiating optimization processes and improving the quality of technical support;
• consulting and explanatory work on issues related to the work of corporate IT equipment and software;
• ensuring protection information and information security at the enterprise in accordance with established instructions and orders.

We expect from you:

• higher education in the relevant field training;
• experience in the field of information technology from 5 years;
• experience in a call center will be an advantage;
• a high level of knowledge of the software being used in the company (MS Office suite, Office 365, MS Teams, Outlook, accounting systems);
• the presence of practical skills in diagnosing malfunctionsbreakdowns and failures of corporate equipment and software;
• ability to work in a team;
• leadership qualities, endurance and stress resistance;
• good communication skills, analytical mindset, thoroughness and attentiveness, the ability to work efficiently in multitasking conditions;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
