Candidate that will interest us:< /b>

• Has a higher technical education in the field of information technology, computer science or a related field;
< li>Has experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Has knowledge and practical experience in Office 365 infrastructure support;
• Has experience in domain infrastructure support, access management and maintenance of user PCs;
• Knows IT infrastructure management processes;
• Has in-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS;
• Has experience with PRO, P-keeper , Servio - will be an advantage;
• Has experience in operation and maintenance of the access control and management system (ACS) - will be an advantage;
• Knows modern technologies of video surveillance, signaling and network equipment;
• Ability to organize and supervise various technical processes, including equipment maintenance and repair.
• Has a high level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Is responsible, attentive to details and knows how to solve technical problems.

What will be part of your duties:

1. Maintenance of the enterprise's Office 365 infrastructure;
2. Maintenance of the domain infrastructure;
3. Maintenance of corporate mobile communication;
4. Providing the first technical support lines of employees, interaction with contractors regarding issues of the second line of support;
5. Organization and support of the process of refilling cartridges for Club printers, printer maintenance, organization of repairs (if necessary), interaction with the counterparty, control of payments;

7. Interaction with the event manager during events (conferences, corporate parties) in the provision of Internet connection or equipment for presentations;
8. Preparation of monthly reports on areas of activity;
9. Organizing the creation of jobs, ensuring connection to corporate network resources and users' landline telephone communications;
10. Participation in the maintenance of the Club's video surveillance system;
11. Participation in the installation and maintenance of alarms;
12. Maintenance and organization of repair of the Club's computer and network equipment.
