Location: Odessa. servers, applications, and their interaction with each other.Installing, updating and configuring operating systems, software and drivers, according to company policies.Monitoring the state of the IT infrastructure, eliminating failures and malfunctions.Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the cyber security department: configuring firewalls, antivirus, data backup, policies/settings applications. Maintenance of technical documentation for hardware and software. Interaction with hardware and software suppliers. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of computer systems, servers and network. Minimizing downtime of equipment or applications, prompt elimination of technical malfunctions. Maintaining a high level of data and system security. Proactive approach in searching for vulnerabilities or problems in computer systems.Timely updating of software, correcting errors in software operation.What we expect from you:
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems (Ubuntu / Debian, CentOS).
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS settings and optimizations on workstations.
- Knowledge of principles construction and administration of local area networks (LAN) and virtual private networks (VPN).
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SSH).
- Configuration and support of routers and switches (Cisco, Aruba, FortiGate, PFsense).
- Knowledge of the principles of cyber security, virus and malware protection.
- Experience in configuration and administration of firewalls (NGFW) and antivirus systems.
- Knowledge of the basics of data encryption and multi-level protection technologies.
- Experience in configuration and administration of servers.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of databases.
- Experience of working with server platforms.
- Knowledge of backup and data recovery technologies.
- Experience of configuration of backup systems (Veeam) support.
