Your main tasks will be:

• keeping lists of active computers, laptops and other equipment;
• organization and accounting of computer resources;
• tracking the state of assets and the need for their renewal or replacement;
• installation, configuration and updating of operating systems, drivers and software on computers and laptops;
• configuration and administration of printing devices;
• reply to user requests submitted through the JIRA ticket system; 
• diagnosing and solving technical problems of users;
• providing advice to users on the use of computer and network infrastructure;
• maintenance of documentation regarding the work performed, identified problems and their resolution;
• preparation of reports on the state of computer infrastructure for company management;
• conducting training for users on questionssecurity, effective use of computers and software;
• supporting communication with other departments of the company to solve common tasks and problems.

We expect from you:

• complete higher education in the relevant field of study;
• understanding of popular operating systems such as Windows, macOS, including installation, configuration, administration and diagnostics of problems;
• understanding of TCP/IP network principles (communication ports), NAT, DHCP, DNS;
• understanding of the working principles of mail protocols POP, IMAP, SMTP, etc;
• basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, RDP, SCCM;
• knowledge about types of printing devices (laser, inkjet, multifunctional), their installation, configuration and maintenance;
• understanding of monitoring systems, such as Grafana, Zabbix, for visualization and analysis of data on the state of computer and network infrastructure;
• skills for solving technical problems of users, effective communication and support through the application system;< /li>
• ability to communicate with users and colleagues, to explain complex technical concepts in simple words, to cooperate effectively in a team;
• willingness to constantly improve their knowledge in the field of computer technologies through reading, independent study and participation in professional courses and seminars;
• ordered documents, namely the available military - an accounting document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired), etc.
