Senior System Administrator in Next Level

Friends, we are looking for a senior system administrator (head of the IT department), who will become a reliable assistant and organize the smooth operation of all departments in our office.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Higher technical education
• From 2 years of administration and support experience server systems and programs based on them (Windows, Linux)
• Experience in installing and administering virtualized solutions (VMware, ProxMox, HyperV)
• Experience in working with network monitoring tools and with VoIP systems
• Active Directory, Windows Server administration experience
• Unix family OS and WEB server administration experience
• Understanding different types of backups and experience using backup tools corporate class copying
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Access, VBA macros)
• English language skills from B1
• High level self-organization

What will the duties be?

• Organization of effective work related to IT infrastructure support
• Participation in strategic planning and implementation of the development of the company's IT systems
• Participation in the development of IT business processes, as well as architectural IT solutions (business systems and infrastructure)
• Management of IT projects for automation of business processes, implementation and development IT systems of the company
• IT risk management, support and expansion of security solutions (VPN, firewalls, etc.)
• Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure at the server level and its technological updating and development.< /li>
• User support
• LAN/WAN development, expansion and support, routing and switching will be a plus
