Functional duties:

• technical support of users, providing consultations on IT issues;
• diagnosis and solving problems with equipment;
• initial installation of equipment, installation of corporate software;
• modernization of equipment, replacement of components (laptops/ PC);
• providing recommendations on the technical condition of work equipment;
• keeping business documentation.

Needed skills:

• experience in the role of computer systems engineer, system administrator, IT service support engineer or related roles;
• higher education;
• certain knowledge operating systems Windows/MacOS, the hardware part of the PC;
• understanding of the principles of network protocols and the construction of computer networks;
• communicativeness, hospitality, desire to develop and the ability to work in a team;
• experience with MS SQL, AD, DHCP, DNS, VPN Direct Access will be an advantage;
• g responsibility to work in the office.
