Your main tasks will be:

• the first line of support for users of the ERP system;
• IT Enterprise and other software products;

• detection of incidents in the operation of information systems;
• analyze and take measures to eliminate incidents;
• monitor the status and process of resolving open requests (incidents);
• li>advise users and solve their queries on the first line of support;
• fill the information and reference base;
• information protection and information security, within the limits of their authority, in accordance with established instructions and orders ;
• availability of corporate services and business applications to users according to their authorizations and access levels;
• updating information, controlling access to employees, granting access rights to data, in accordance with their authorizations;< /li>

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• 3 years of professional work experience years;
• 3 years of experience in the field of information technology;
• practical skills in working with office software and accounting systems
• experience in support user work in accounting systems and the systems themselves (ERP, Parus, 1C, others);
• experience working on Service Desk and Help Desk platforms.
