We are looking for a position Sanctions and Embargo Enforcement Division of the Compliance Control Department.

If you join us, you will:

• implement and support the Bank's policies and procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with existing restrictions on financial sanctions and embargoes, in accordance with the requirements of the BNPP and the legislation of Ukraine.
• provide advice to the Bank's employees on issues of conducting analysis and an in-depth study of clients and their operations with the aim of preventing and countering terrorist financing, as well as ensuring compliance with existing restrictions in terms of financial sanctions and embargoes.
• perform an analysis of the Bank's clients and their operations for compliance with policies in terms of sanctions and embargoes and standards of the BNPP Group, including by processing "alerts".
• participate in the implementation of the standards of the BNPP Group, reducing compliance risks of financial security and "reputational" risks.
• take participation in the development and testing of requirements for the implementation of compliance requirements in banking systems and assessment of potential risks that may arise during the implementation of projects related to the division's area of ​​responsibility. of the Bank's partners on the Client Approval Committee, taking into account financial security risks.

This job is made for you if you have:< /p>

• full higher legal or economic education (master, specialist);
• at least 2 years of banking experience in the field of compliance / foreign exchange control / documentary operations and financial monitoring;
• li>
• knowledge of English not lower than Intermediate level;
• knowledge of the state language;
• high analytical abilities;
• knowledge of Ukrainiannational and international legislation in the field of compliance and financial monitoring, currency legislation;;
• knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, World), SAP.
