We are looking for a specialist in personnel work at the Group enterprise — Metinvest Business Service.

What to do:

• keep a report card accounting for working hours, processing absences according to the documents provided;
• calculating wages for employees of the enterprise, processing administrative documents for additional payments, allowances, etc.;
• participating in personnel accounting of employees (admission , transfer, release, administration of personal data);
• provide advice to the company's employees within the scope of their duties.

Our expectations:

• higher education in the specialties of "Personnel Management", "Management", "Economics";
• work experience in the organization and remuneration;
• knowledge labor legislation;
• confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel), experience in SAP is desirable;
• must quickly navigate the work, independence, confidence, attentiveness.
