We invite you to an interview if you have: 

• Hands-on experience in practice methodologies of Business analysis (IIBA), Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving, Business knowledge, Supplier management,
• Intermediate English level
• Orientation on the result, Innovation, Critical thinking, Customer orientation, Communication, Development
• Proficiency in BP modeling tools (Diagrams.Net, MS Visio)
• Owning of prototyping tools (Figma, other software is possible)
• Experience of working with 1C (understanding of construction features Database, the ability to use the LCD, build queries to the database), K2 (or other BPM systems)
• Understanding the peculiarities of building SQL queries, the ability to build simple queries with a combination of different tables< /li>
• Experience with business application integration technologies

Our employee in this position: 

• Ensures compliance of the implemented solutions with the needs of the main groups of stestakeholders (including IT department stakeholder groups)
• Responsible for the formalization and agreement of requirements, for their decomposition for software developers
• Responsible for the completeness, consistency, clarity, and relevance of its documentation at each stage of the SDLC up to and including submission of revisions to support in the repository
• Responsible for testing software provided by developers for compliance with agreed requirements
• Influences the timeliness of the implementation of software products /improvements
• Participates in the implementation of developed solutions (instructions, user training, participation in transfer to support, initial support stages)
• Contributes to the realistic planning of tasks and projects
• Contributes to the regulation of department activities
