Your daily tasks will be:
- analysis of internal systems/processes regarding their compliance with the Group's regulatory requirements/requirements and the possibility of their optimization;
- development of business requirements for IT divisions regarding the refinement of systems/processes based on changes in regulatory requirements and/or the Group's requirements, including for the optimization and automation of processes;
- testing of updated Bank systems for their compliance with submitted business requirements;
- conducting training/creating instructions for users regarding the new update;
- creating/updating statistical/group reporting on financial monitoring issues, as well as submitting such reports on a regular basis;
- communication with IT departments of the Bank and by any other divisions involved in the project/revision, supervision of relevant projects/initiatives;
- participation in projects of other divisions of the bank that may be related to financial monitoring issues (for example, building the onboarding/RE-KYC process in the mobile application).
We expect from you:
- Education:Economics/LegalExperience:1 year in banking field in the position of compliance specialist, financial monitoring, currency control, auditor, economist, organization specialist, digital technology development specialist, analyst, project manager.
- English - not lower than average level

- Analytical abilities, the ability to analyze diverse information and make conclusions
- Ability to graphically show the results of your work

- Fluency in Microsoft Office software (maintaining databases, creating reports in Excel, creating presentations in PowerPoint at a high level levels)

- The ability to propose and lead new ideas and solutions to improve the overall organization of the Financial Monitoring Department and the operation of the Bank's key processes related to financial monitoring issues
