Commercial Finance Analyst in L’OREAL Ukraine /LOREAL Ukrayina

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be a strategic business partner within the L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty division. You will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing key insights to support our iconic brands. You will manage financial planning, analyze business results, and collaborate closely with commercial and marketing teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Performance Management: Lead the monthly closing process, conduct P&L analysis, and prepare detailed reporting for local and zone management to steer business performance.
• Strategic Planning: Drive the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the division's strategic goals and financial objectives.
• Business Partnering: Act as a key financial advisor to sales and marketing teams, challenging and validating business cases for new launches and investments.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

We are seeking a sharp, analytical professional with proven experience in finance who can turn data into actionable business insights. You are a great match for this role if you have:

• Solid experience in a financial controlling or business analyst role, ideally within a dynamic industry.
• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with financial systems like SAP; proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong business partnering skills.
• Fluency in both Ukrainian and English to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
