HPU "Poltavag Mining" — is part of the Naftogaz Group and is a branch of JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya", the largest gas production company in Central and Eastern Europe.  

We are engaged in mining natural gas and gas condensate.

We are considering resumes for the position of compensation and benefits specialist.

• current support of operations of admission, transfer, bonusing of employees, salary revisions, establishment of additional payments, compensations (in compliance with accepted policies;
• analysis of average wages by professions and job grades, preparation of calculation files for salary review;
• participation in the budgeting of the wage fund , development of internal documents by referral;
• formation of internal reporting on wages, compensations and benefits.

Basic requirements:

• higher economic or financial education;
• work experience in the direction of C&B in large companies for at least 2 years;
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine, principles of wage formation, methods of material and non-material incentives;
• excellent skills work in MS Office (Excel, Word), PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP (preferred);
• the ability to work with a large amount of information.
