Payment specialist in Metinvest

We are looking for aspecialist with payments to the Group's enterprise - Metinvest Business Service.

What to do:

• perform work on business process management for treasury support of bank operations in national and foreign currency of customer enterprises;
• form payment instructions in accounting systems and import them in the "Client-Bank" system (if it is necessary to create payment instructions in the "Client-Bank" systems) with further transfer to the bank;
• upload bank statements to accounts systems of enterprises;
• to carry out work on the administration of the Customer's accounts in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• to process transactions with purchase/sale/conversion of currency in the "Client-Bank" system and display forex operations in accounting systems;
• make reports within the competence of the department and submit them to set deadline for users

Our expectations:

• availability of higher education in the specialty: economics, finance, accounting, auditing, banking;
• preferably at least 1 year of work experience related to the preparation of bank payment documents, forex operations and work experience in Client-Bank systems;
• knowledge of normative acts, instructions and resolutions of the NBU, which regulate the procedure for settlements in national and foreign currency and the implementation of export-import operations;

• knowledge and ability to work in the SAP ERP accounting system (preferred);

• the ability to quickly learn new processes, initiative, a high degree of client orientation and responsibility.
