Specialist in compensation and benefits in FinX

FinX is a company that provides financial services in in the field of consumer lending in many cities of Ukraine. 

We are looking for a Benefits and Compensation Specialist, who would be part of our friendly team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Staffing schedule;

• Calculation of the planned wage fund, analysis of deviations;
• Calculation of the budget indicators of the FOP and incentive payments, drawing up the budget;
• Analysis of calculations and payments of employees.

Requirements:

• Working in system companies as a labor economist or compensation and benefits specialist from 2 years;
• Higher economic education;
• Experience in preparing data for participation in salary surveys;
• Good analytical skills, attention to details;
• Experience working with large arrays of data;
• Advanced skills in Excel, 1C, creating presentations in Power Point.
