We are announcing a job opening Compensation and Benefits Specialist< /strong>
Responsibilities:
< ul style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">- Preparation of reporting and data analysis (data consolidation, monthly reports, analytics in various sections, etc. .);
- Preparation of documents (orders, staff list);
- Help with payroll closing;
- Help with the organization of the Performance management process;
- Preparation of responses to management inquiries and participation in HR team projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum work experience, ready to consider final year students;
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work for results.
