Responsibilities
- Monitor all mentions of the company in the info field (social networks, media, chats in social networks, external blogs, forums);
- Reputation management: work with feedback about the company (monitoring, handling negativity, conflict resolution, development of scripts for responding to feedback);
- Develop ToV to communicate with the audience on behalf of the brand
- Develop promotions/mechanics to increase reach and audience engagement in conjunction with content managers
- Develop FAQs about PP for SoMe
- Experience in iGaming is a must
