What will you do:
- Attracting new customers: Developing strategies to attract new audiences through various channels (online and offline). Implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Close cooperation with marketing and sales.
- Customer retention: Development of programs and strategies to bring back "lost" customers. Using a personalized approach to improve the customer experience. Implementation of customer feedback systems.
- Loyalty programs:Development and management of loyalty programs. Creation of incentives to increase customer activity (discounts, bonuses, exclusive offers).
- Client base analytics:Analysis of customer behavior to identify trends and segmentation . Evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition and retention programs. Using data to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Coordination with other departments:Cooperation with marketing, sales, product teams to achieve common goals. Ensuring consistency in communications with customers across all channels.
- Implementation of innovations:Tracking trends in customer experience and adapting modern tools and technologies (e.g. CRM systems, AI solutions). Finding new approaches to retaining and returning customers.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in marketing or working with clients (from 3 years)
- Understanding of customer analytics and working with CRM
- Skills in launching advertising campaigns and programs loyalty
- Creativity, teamwork, result orientation
