Community Manager in Kharkiv IT Cluster

Kharkiv IT Cluster is one of the largest IT clusters in Ukraine, uniting more than 885+ IT companies and partners. We unite companies, teams and initiatives around technology, education, business development and the recovery of the country. Our communities are living ecosystems: companies, partners, international programs, joint projects and real solutions.

We are looking for a Middle Community Manager, who knows how to work with communities systematically.

This position is about developing and supporting Cluster communities, working with participating companies and participating in the launch of new initiatives.
The role involves independence in decision-making, responsibility for processes and real influence on how communities work and grow.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in community / support / social / client roles from 2 years.
• Understanding the community as a community, not just a communication channel.
• Experience working independently with the community: from first contact to complex situations.
• Ability to lead projects and be responsible for the result.
• Strong writing skills in Ukrainian; English - Intermediate+.
• Ability to communicate with different types of people and not avoid difficult dialogues.
• Independence, responsibility, ability to prioritize.
• Confident work with Google Workspace and presentations.

What will you do?

• Lead and develop the community of Kharkiv IT Cluster companies (online and offline).
• Work with participating companies: involvement, onboarding, re-onboarding, support.
• Build regular and clear communication with the community (announcements, updates, follow-ups).
• Independently lead community projects: from idea to implementation and reporting.
• Participate in attracting new community members.
• Collect feedback, notice patterns in company behavior and generate insights for the team.
• Join the launch of new formats and projects.
• Work with basic analytics, tables and prezentities.

Will be a plus

• Experience in an IT or technology environment.
• Experience in starting or scaling communities.
• Experience in sales or partner roles.
