Responsibilities:
- Dissemination of information about the Reboot project, the National Society and its activities among community members, using the best approaches to reach different groups.
- Coordination of activities with authorities and other stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with local businesses to create potential jobs and internships.
- Distributing information and contact information on the most relevant resources for finding work and supporting micro-enterprises that exist locally.
li>- Receiving feedback and complaints from beneficiaries participating in the Reboot project.
- Ensuring a good level of understanding of the context and interaction with communities during project activities.
- Conducting regular follow-up calls with beneficiaries to monitor their progress in their career plans and exchange relevant messages.
- Directing participants to the next group information session on the local labor market.
- Entering contact details of individuals on the list participants of the next group information session.
- On request, registration for initial interviews or individual counseling sessions on labor issues, including support in writing a resume, interview preparation, etc.
- Planning and conducting verification visits within the framework of the micro-enterprise grant program and compiling reports based on the results obtained.
Additional duties:
- Work with other departments (e.g. communications and information support department, housing and shelter department, PMER department)
- Performance of other tasks at the request of the manager, prostituteassociated with the department's activities.
