Our ideal candidate has knowledge and successful experience:

• Higher education and work experience in a similar position or in essentially similar work for 2 years or more.

• Experience in managing communication channels and experience in analyzing their effectiveness.

• Experience in launching or finalizing an information portal, communication platform (preferably an internal corporate portal).

• Knowledge of the principles of internal communication, skills in developing a communication strategy and the ability to implement an event plan.

• Knowledge of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of communications and the ability to use its results to improve communication processes.

• English language at B2 level - written. B1 - oral.

• Experience with various communication tools, including social networks and other digital tools.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and coordinate projects.

• Ability to work with video and graphics programs to create content.

• High level of empathy , high communication skills, ability to effectively interact with employees at different levels and in different cultural contexts.

• Coordinate internal communication systems for all enterprises of the Group of companies, including enterprises abroad.

• Develop a content plan for internal communications and create information products: texts, videos, presentations.

•  Implement programs to increase employee involvement and shape corporate culture.

• Have the ability to manage internal crisis communications.

•  Organize employee satisfaction surveys and research, analyze their results.

• Ensure the establishment of feedback channels with employees.

• Organize communication between managers and employees.

• Plan and organize intra-corporate events.

• Participate in the development of the social life of the KNESS team.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative communication strategies.

• Work together with the direct manager on strategic tasks in the direction of corporate culture and internal communications.
