SMM manager in TOP COSMETICS

The company TOP COSMETICS - the leader of the professional beauty segment with 18 years of experience is looking for a SMM Manager

Duties:

• Participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategy;
• Development of brand promotion strategy in social networks – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok;
• Analysis of the market, audience and competitors in social networks;
• Compilation of a content plan for a month (for each direction);
• Generation and design of content: photo, video, text, infographics, etc., compilation of technical specifications for the designer and copywriter;
• Attraction of "live" subscribers, increase audience;
• Formation and increase of brand loyalty;
• Influence marketing: promotion strategy, communication with bloggers, participation in organizing events for bloggers;
• Efficiency monitoring promotion of pages;
• Conducting advertising campaigns using targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram together with a target specialist. Analysis of results; selection of the best parameters;
• Keeping statistics and analysis of activity in social networks;
• Preparation of reports and formation of conclusions/recommendations;

Requirements :

• Higher education (marketing, journalism, philology);
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Ability to think creatively and have a sense of beauty;
• Experience in creating content - photos, videos;
• Experience in processing photos and videos, owning services for processing and editing visual content
• Understanding work algorithms social networks and messengers, the ability to quickly integrate new trends, formats, tools into work
• Willingness to maintain several accounts in social networks;
• Availability of successful cases.
• Interest in the beauty field
• Fluent Ukrainian language, English - level from B1.
• Independence, initiative, responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance< /li>

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: from Mon to Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00
