Communications Coordinator in Ro3kvit Urban Coalition for Ukraine

We are looking for a new communications coordinator. Our new colleague will implement our strategy and put it into effect with the help of a small team of colleagues, as well as develop and implement new and further strategies.You are going to:- Continue to develop and implement the organization's communication strategy- Collaborate with Ro3kvit project managers and teams to create and promote communication plans for individual and grant projects- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan- Manage the organization's digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) in both Ukrainian and English- Create and adapt content, including text and visual materials, to align with Ro3kvit's identity and to suit different channels and target audiences- Maintain and update the Ro3kvit website (using Weblium platform)- Oversee and manage email communications (e-mail campaigns) - Provide technical support for Ro3kvit’s online lectures and other events if needed (using Zoom Webinars platform)- Produce and ensure the high-quality publication and promotion of event videos on YouTube channel- Engage with the audience, gather feedback, foresee and address potential communication challenges.- Collect information and plan communication campaigns- Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, information channels, editors, journalists, partners, and opinion leaders both in Ukraine and internationally- Prepare and write press releases, announcements, and other information materials- Participate in and cover public events, including taking photos and videos and editing footage as needed- Collaborate with contractors for design, translation, proofreading, and other services- Analyze publication results, report on coverage, and suggest improvements for the communication strategy and content- Join weekly coreteam meetings and monthly project managers meetings to stay updated on general developments- Perform other tasks as outlined in the organization's work plan.Qualifications and experience:* Master's degree in communications, journalism, international relations or related field;* At least two years of experience in developing and executing successful communications strategies with a focus on broad audiences;* Awareness of and interest in the field of rebuilding, urbanism, urban planning, participation, capacity building;* Identification with Ro3kvit goals and values;* Previous experience in strategic communications for programs funded by Ukrainian and international donorsis an advantage;* Excellent speaking, writing, editing, reporting and other communication skills in English and Ukrainian;* Design skills (would be a plus);* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral presentation skills;* Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop colleagues;What we offer:☑️ Interesting and important projects and tasks that will allow you to grow and to express and develop your skills and yourself☑️ Work with a professional international team dealing with important issues of development and recovery of Ukraine;☑️ Great group of colleagues ☑️ Fitting salary according to experience in Ukrainian contextEmployment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, one-year contract with the possibility of the prolongation)Work Format: at the office in the center of Kyiv, Ukraine (hybrid format also possible)Position Level: Mid-LevelApplication Deadline: July 21, 2024Start of work: August 1, 2024 Show more Show less Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день
