Functional duties: ✅ Research, assessment of market trends and competitive environment. ✅ Preparation and coordination of the product concept. ✅ Definition and clarification of product requirements. ✅ Calculation financial model of the product. ✅ Initiation and protection of the start of the project. ✅ Participation in the agreement of target specifications of the product. ✅ Participation in the selection of suppliers/contractors and control of all stages of interaction within projects. ✅ Participation in the development and agreement of naming, other elements of product identity. ✅ Initiation of patent and TM registration. ✅ Determination of product packaging requirements. ✅ Coordination of placing the first orders. ✅ Consolidation and ordering of product materials with subsequent transfer to interested parties. ✅ Preparation and presentation of new products. ✅ Initiation and control of development of product content for market entry. ✅ Consulting support for the development of training materials for the product. ✅ Work with all interested parties (departments) on issues of preparing the product for market entry. ✅ Monitoring sales. ✅ Collection and analysis of feedback on the new product. the candidate is expected to have: ✅ More than 2 years of experience in product development (from concept to market launch). ✅ Experience in developing and implementing product launch strategies, including positioning and pricing. ✅ Project management experience. ✅ Analytical skills. goals. ✅ Proficiency in Excel at a professional level.
