No-code Center of Excellence Leader in Soboleva A.V., FOP

My client is a Ukrainian hybrid IT company and a resident of Diia.City, a subsidiary of one of the largest telecom operators in Ukraine. The company creates technological solutions and products that reveal the potential of businesses and satisfy the needs of users in Ukraine and beyond. You will have a unique opportunity to join the National LLM project and initiatives to develop NLP solutions for Ukrainian languages.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-onNo-code Center of Excellence Leader, who will lead the development of no-code practices in the company based on the Creatio platform and will ensure effective use of human and technical resources in teams. 

Required experience and qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience in business automation, application development, or enterprise innovation roles

• Deep understanding of no-code/low-code platforms:Creatio is a must-have

• Knowledge of SDLC and agile approaches

• Experience in integrating low-code solutions with APIs, databases and third-party services

• High analytical, communication and organizational skills

• Experience in creating or managing a Center of Excellence or shared services

• Knowledge of IT policy management, governance and resource planning
