Details about of how to get to know our team, learn from Vitalina, RecruiterWhat we offer for this role: • grow with a leading technology a company that is a national leader in the direction of ride-hailing service • development of a new functional and technical direction within the Growth Marketing unit • to realize the most ambitious goals as quickly as possible together with the achievement of the company's goals • to influence the business results of the company that serves more than 7 million Ukrainians and participation in the construction of communication strategies for expansion countries • the opportunity to use modern technological solutions to build communication mechanics • gain experience working with Big Data — conclusions and decision-making only based on large data sets • regular performance & salary review • company culture in which everyone is significant and valuable and has an impact on processes How exactly you can influence the development of the company: • management of a team of communications specialists: distribution tasks, coordination of work and team development• development and implementation of omnichannel communication strategies, control over the execution and effectiveness of campaigns• support and development of interaction with external contractors to ensure uninterrupted operation of all communication channels• analyzing and optimizing campaigns, initiating A/B tests and implementing improvements to increase efficiency• interaction with stakeholders: coordination with marketing, technical teams and other departments to achieve company goalsChallenges for three months:• conduct an audit of current communication activities and processes of the team• evaluate the effectiveness of external and internal communications• form key metrics of the unit to evaluate its effectiveness• propose ideas regarding improving the team's interaction process with other departments • formulate a crisis communication strategy (action plan for negative situations)in the lesson: • launch all key elements of the developed communication strategy • evaluate the first results of the strategy, conduct an analysis of KPI implementation • automate regular communication processes (mailings, collection of analytics) • set up processes for collecting feedback from the audience and use this data to correct the strategy • technical implementation of the communication policy and customer omnichannel• implement and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements made to the process of cross-team interactions To achieve results, you you will need: • work experience of 2 years in the areas of: retention, e-mail marketing, telemarketing • experience in developing communication strategies • a year of experience in team management • deep understanding of omnichannel communication methods, segmentation and personalization • experience in data analysis, drafting reports and developing strategies based on indicators • experience in planning media, personal and product, situational communications How do you regulate your work time?• you can plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be effective, we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • 20 days off for personal needs and 10 - due to illness ( with retention of reward)• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company• day off for blood donation How will you pump your bones in Uklon?• internal trainings, workshops, hackathons, knowledge sharing, etc.• corporate training• corporate library and subscriptions to information resources• attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.• personal/team budget for training• English lessonsWork (War) — Life BalanceWe are a socially responsible company, therefore we devote a lot of time to activities related to volunteering, we also regularly support team spirit during non-working hours: we love driving team building, sports competitions, etc. We say "no" to routine and monotony, that's why we create a space where it's really fun to do your job - you won't be bored with us.
