HR manager in KAPELOU, LLC

KAPELOU is a Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of automated and robotic systems for warehouse logistics. Our solutions are used by market leaders: Rozetka, MOYO, Epicenter, Novus, Farmak, BaDM, Aurora and many other companies in the field of e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, retail and distribution.
We create projects that change the approach to logistics in Ukraine and Europe, and are now ready for further scaling.

In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for a department to work with by the personnel of the Personnel Manager  

Your future tasks:

• Support of the full HR cycle: recruiting, admission, adaptation, development, motivation;
• Maintenance of the staff schedule and support for the implementation of organizational changes in the company, formation of the personnel reserve;
• Maintenance of HR analytics (turnover, absenteeism).
• Supporting the HR brand and corporate culture so that people want to stay and develop, participation in the organization of corporate events
• Establishing information and communications with company personnel, conducting systematic meetings

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in the field of HR, in particular in the role of HR BP
• High level emotional intelligenceandflexibility
• Experience in key HR functions: from recruitment to strategic partnership.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
• Excellent communication skills and conducting one-to-one meetings
