Residential Real Estate Analyst

Our successful candidate:

•Higher education in finance, analytics or related disciplines;

•Experience in a similar position from 2 years;

•Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools;

•Sales analysis and forecasting, compilation of reports

•Ability to work with large volumes of data (financial indicators, market research, forecasts);

•Understanding the cycle of development projects and the basics of marketing in the field of residential and commercial real estate;

•High level of mastery of Excel, understanding of CRM - systems.

Responsibilities:

•Analysis of the residential real estate market;

•Analysis of market conditions regarding the value sales real estate;

•Preparation of analytical sections and reviews of market offers by terms, prices and promotions;

•Making adjustments to the terms of sale of residential real estate residential complex;

•Formation and agreeing on prices for the sale of residential real estate in the housing complex;

•Providing recommendations on the need to review terms and prices.
