Your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective functioning of the BAS ERP enterprise management system.

Basic responsibilities responsibilities:

• creating and updating user guides, technical descriptions, reference materials, API documentation and other supporting documents for the software;
• providing accurate representation of the functionality of the product in the documentation;
• close cooperation with software developers, engineers and other technical specialists to collect, analyze and structure information;
• understanding the technical details of the product and their further simplification for description in an understandable format. Translation of complex technical information into an understandable and accessible language for the end user. 
• updating and editing documentation in response to changes in the software, including the release of new versions, patches and additional functions;
• adherence to established corporate standards and stylistic requirements when creating documentation. Implementation and adherence to processes for creating and updating technical documentation.

Our expectations:

• higher education in the field of technical communication, computer science, information technology or other related field;
• experience of organizing work in Atlassian products (confluence, jira);
• confident user of graphical modeling tools (Draw.io, Microsoft Visio or others);
• experience with BPMN 2.0 Knowledge of software development methodologies. Ability to work with a team of developers;
• Experience of working with the BAS ERP enterprise management system from 1 year;
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
