• Ensure the effective functioning of the reporting system in the current C4C system based on business poll Trade representatives in Ukraine.
• Participation in meetings with the management of the company, proposal of initiatives and preparation of reports on the achievement of commercial excellence by trading representatives.
• Preparation of weekly analytical reports on the work Agrotempo and C4s. li> communication with marketing activity distributors. Organization of motivational programs for customers and managers. Joint promotional campaigns with partners. Preparation of reports. Control over the implementation of promotions by the commercial team. 
• Organization of internal events-dill, team training and more. 

Requirements:

• Higher education; l>
• Knowledge of English-Level B2;
• Experience in analytics/information technology from 2 years;
• Certain knowledge databases;
• ability to use tools for analytics and promotion, knowledge of CRM automation methods, experience of administration of CRM;
• developed skills of effective communication and constructive resolution of contradictions; 
• Critical thinking, developed analytical abilities and presentation skills.
