Commercial and residential real estate leasing manager in BUD DEVELOPMENT, BK

We are BK BUD DEVELOPMENT LLC, a company with experience in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings in Kyiv. Our team creates modern spaces where businesses can grow and thrive. We are currently looking for a commercial real estate leasing manager to work with shopping centers.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for tenants to lease space in a shopping center and apartments in a residential complex near the metro Boryspilska.
• Negotiations, conclusion of contracts.
• Maintenance of long-term partnerships with tenants, ensuring comfortable and mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Analyze the commercial and residential real estate market, follow trends to offer relevant solutions.
• Cooperate with internal teams to coordinate rental and service processes objects.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate rental from 2 years.
• Sufficient negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Ability to work with clients, build trusting relationships.
• Initiative, attention to details and communication skills.

Conditions:

• Convenient office near the metro Boryspilska.
• Salary 30,000 + 25% from the first month of rent.
• Schedule 5/2, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
