We are looking for experienced trainers to conduct soft skills training (communication, stress management, emotional intelligence, etc.) and mental health for our company's corporate clients. The main task is to help employees of client companies to improve work efficiency, interaction in teams and general well-being.

Your tasks:

• Development and conducting of trainings and seminars for corporate clients.
• Adaptation of programs to the specifics of the audience and company needs.
• Ensuring interactivity and practicality of training.
• Providing participants with effective tools for personal and professional development skills.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a coach.
• Experience in conducting corporate events is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge in topics such as communication, emotion management, stress management, leadership, work-life balance, etc.
• Ability to work with different audiences (from young professionals to managers).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing educational materials.
