Co-Pilot project coordinator in CORE Team

RAZOM for Ukraine is a Ukrainian-American public organization. It has five main directions, each of which is aimed at supporting the Ukrainian population.
For one of them (RAZOM Health) we are looking for  project coordinator, able to organize internal processes and all stakeholders.

Key tasks:

• Coordination of the arrival and stay of medical teams in Ukraine: planning of logistics, organization of meetings and support. Business trip to Ukraine and Poland for a meeting of medical teams.

• Interaction with hospitals and institutions: ensuring compliance with the needs of hospitals.

• Planning and organization of educational events for medics and resource management (premises, technical support, other necessary material).

• Active participation in the implementation of missions in Ukraine : personal presence during the event with doctors on location.

• Logistics control: distribution and availability of medical equipment, medicines, necessary resources.

• Negotiations with partners and hospital management: arrangements on the distribution of operating rooms, consulting rooms, etc.

• Project resource control: budgeting, managing the use of resources for the optimal implementation of project goals.

• Experience in the field of project management, will be an advantage in the field of health care (from 3 years).

• Logistics process planning and coordination.

• Skills for conducting negotiations at a high level (with managers of hospitals and organizations).< /p>

• Organizational skills for planning educational events, meetings and coordinating missions.

• Developed communication skills for cooperation with local and international partners.

• Flexibility and adaptability in changing conditions.

• Knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level) for communication with international specialists; knowledge of other languages ​​will be an advantage.

• Willingness to perform additional functions within organizational needs.
