CMO/Head of Marketing | Developer in Diachuk Family Development

Hello! my name is Maxim and I am responsible for marketing at Diachuk Family Development. We are a family company, building cottage towns near Kyiv: Zoloche Provence, Gran Montana and Zolochiv Lis.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing (CMO), who is not afraid to take responsibility, is ready to implement an effective marketing strategy to achieve specific results - attracting customers and increasing sales of our projects in country real estate

What should be done?

• Strategy. Planning, implementation and management of marketing strategy.
• Team . Team management (target specialist, SMM manager, producer, SEO specialist) and external contractors.
• Content marketing. Development of strategies for YouTube, Telegram, social networks and responsibility for the final result.
• Lead generation. Coordination of advertising channels (FB, Instagram, Google Ads, content funnels, SEO, LUN, YouTube) and cooperation with realtors.
• Communication. Responsibility for messaging in all channels (Digital, OOH , printed products).
• Content. Creation of presentations, sites, printed materials, banners etc.
• KPI. Setting goals, objectives and KPI with regular reporting.
• Interacting with sales. Synchronizing marketing with sales.
• Hypotheses. Constantly testing new formats and hypothesis for content, videos and advertising activities and campaigns.

What do we expect?

• Experience. From 3 years of work as the head of the marketing department.
• Expertise. Deep understanding of digital marketing, communications, content strategies. Experience with content projects. Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve the best ROI.
• Market knowledge. Knowledge of real estate or similar markets would be an advantage.
• Skills. Developed soft skills, autonomy, strategic thinking, result-oriented and the ability to work effectively with a team.
