Financial Team Lead in GoITeens

What will be included in your duties?

• organization and control of management accounting at the level of controlled units
• development and control of budget implementation, system analysis plan/fact
• control of transformational information between management and accounting
• formation of financial statements for controlled units
• automation of financial processes and improvement of management reporting
• cooperation with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and data processing, implementation of new collaboration processes
• financial planning, forecasting by controlled units
• cash flow management in cooperation with the head. accountant, control of keeping records of funds on corporate cards and accountable funds
• control over compliance with internal financial standards and procedures, transformation of existing ones and development of new ones

Key requirements:

• deep knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and tools for data analysis
• excellent understanding of the principles of management reporting and the ability to adapt it to the needs of the company
• ability to analyze key financial indicators and provide recommendations for making informed management decisions
• knowledge of the specifics of accounting and management accounting in special modes, such as Diya City (will be an advantage), at a general level
• experience of working with international banks and payment systems, including understanding the peculiarities of currency transactions
• knowledge of the basic principles of taxation for LLCs and sole proprietorships, both on the general and on the simplified taxation system

Will be a plus:

• knowledge of accounting systems such as BAS (work system tool) and Zoho Books to manage finances and accounting processes
• experience in creating and using macros to automate financial and analytical processes in Excel
• knowledge toolsin for data visualization and in-depth analysis of financial information
