• Administration and design Identity & Access Management in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• Practical experience with Conditional Access:
  • risk-based

• Understanding modern threats:
  • token theft
  • MFA fatigue
  • legacy authentication
  • consent phishing
• Managing Windows devices through Microsoft Intune:
  • compliance policies
  • configuration profiles
• Working with audit and logs:
  • Entra sign-in logs
  • M365 audit logs
  • endpoint/security logs

Main tasks:

• Microsoft 365 environment administration and development:
  • Intune
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Teams, OneDrive
• Access management:
  • MFA, SSO

• Development, implementation and control of policies:

  • device management
• Activity monitoring:
  • log analysis
  • detection of suspicious events
  • participating in incident response
• Implementing and maintaining security policies for Jira / Confluence (Cloud / Server)
• Participating in internal security audits

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365
• standards application ISO 27001 / 27002
• Ability to analyze and interpret security events
• Technical English (reading documentation, working with interfaces)

Would be a plus:

• Microsoft / Azure / ESET profile certifications
• Integrations Microsoft - Atlassian
• Experience with EDR:
  • Microsoft Defender
  • ESET
• Basic understanding of the principles of pentesting / attack surface
• Practical experience with Power Automate (cloud flows)
