EN: We are seeking a talented Senior UI/Interface Designer with 3D and motion animation skills to create modern, engaging user interfaces for our financial technology platform. You will design web and mobile interfaces enhanced with 3D elements, micro-interactions, and smooth animations. This is a UI-focused role where 3D and motion skills enhance interface design, not a position for character animation or full 3D production work.

Requirements /Trequirements

Core UI/Interface Skills (Primary Focus):

• EN: 4+ years UI/Interface design experience. Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping). Design systems: creating & maintaining component libraries. Web & mobile UI design (responsive, adaptive). UX principles: user flows, wireframing, usability. Strong visual design: typography, color, layout, hierarchy.
• RU:4+ years of UI/interface design experience. Expert knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, options, prototyping). Design systems: creation and support of component libraries. Web and Mobile UI design (responsive, adaptive). UX principles: user flows, wireframing, usability. Strong visual design: typography, color, layout, hierarchy.

3D & Motion Skills (Enhancement):

• EN:3D for UI: interface elements, icons, product visualizations. Motion design: micro-interactions, UI animations, transitions. 3D Tools: Blender OR Cinema 4D OR Spline. Motion Tools: After Effects OR Principle OR Rive OR Figma prototyping. Animation principles: timing, easing, choreography. Export for web: Lottie, optimized 3D, video.
• RU: 3D for UI: interface elements, icons, product visualization. Motion design: micro-interactions, UI animations, transitionsyes. 3D tools: Blender OR Cinema 4D OR Spline. Portfolio Requirements (CRITICAL):

• Modern, polished visual style (not dated or amateurish)

Experience:

• 4+ years UI/Interface design / 4+ years UI/interface design
• Shipped products (web/mobile apps) / Launched products
• Team collaboration with developers
• English B2+ / English B2+

• EN: NOT a 3D animator or character animator position. NOT a full-time motion graphics designer. NOT a 3D artist making complex scenes/characters. This is a UI designer role where 3D/motion are supporting skills.

• EN:Design web & mobile interfaces (70% of work). Build & maintain design system. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes. Add 3D elements to interfaces (20% of work). Design micro-interactions & animations (10% of work). Collaborate with product managers & developers. Maintain visual consistency across platform.
