Therefore, we are currently looking for a Client Service Representative who will strengthen the team on the common path to ambitious goals. As part of the team, you will: communicate with students and help them solve issues related to learning (questions about the course and its filling, on working with a personal office, etc.); to achieve set goals and KPIs; to collect and aggregate feedback from customers for the production department; to solve various complex cases during student training. Skill pack for high-quality performance of tasks: you have experience in sales or in customer support from 6 months; you speak Ukrainian; you have well-developed communication skills; you know how to listen and ask a lot of questions; you are not afraid of KPIs and are ready to enjoy the results together with us; you are self-motivated and manage your working time independently; you enjoy positive feedback students.
