- Organizes the work of hiring personnel for vacant positions based on the applications of heads of structural units based on the results of evaluating the qualifications, personal and business qualities of candidates;
- Organizes the timely registration of the admission, transfer, dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the rector DVNZ "PDTU", staff accounting, issuing certificates about the current and past labor activities of employees, keeping and filling out work books and maintaining established personnel documentation, as well as preparing materials for recommending employees for incentives and rewards;
- Organizes timesheets, drawing up and implementing vacation schedules, monitoring the state of labor discipline in university divisions and compliance by employees of the rules of the internal labor procedure;
- Develops job instructions for the positions provided for by the staff list in the personnel department;
- Monitors the implementation by department heads of the development of job instructions and regulations;
- Ensures the preparation of established reporting on personnel accounting and work with personnel.
