Your tasks:

• control over compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts on fire, man-made security and civil protection;
• conducting introductory briefings on fire safety and man-made safety;
• monitoring initial repeated, unscheduled and targeted briefings on fire and man-made safety issues; 
• implementing measures to prevent fires and increase man-made safety at the enterprise, carrying out preventive, warning and explanatory work;
• participation in passing all types of inspections by external and internal services and structures;
• interaction with central and local bodies of executive power;
• participation in the development of regulations and instructions, preparation of orders (orders) on fire, man-made safety and civil protection;
• accounting, inspection and timely technical certification of the company's primary fire extinguishing means;
• maintenance of internal documentation from fire, man-made safety and civil protection;
• implementation of measures to eliminate deficiencies in accordance with the prescriptions and resolutions of control bodies;
• coordination of the voluntary fire protection of the enterprise;
• participation in the planning and implementation of the activities directed to improve fire and man-made safety;
• preparation of materials for prosecution of persons guilty of violating the requirements of regulatory documentation;
• organization of training and testing of fire knowledgeof security and civil protection;
• timely preparation and submission of reports.

What is important to us:

• higher profile education;
• successful work experience in companies as a fire safety or civil defense engineer for at least 1 year;
• knowledge of legislation and regulatory documentation regarding man-made, fire safety and civil protection, regulation of economic activity;
• experience working in the State Emergency Service, Ministry of Emergency Situations will be an advantage;
• < li style="font-weight: 400">experience in developing regulatory documentation (regulations, instructions, orders, etc.);
• confident user: MS Office (experience in graphic editors will be an advantage);
• Ukrainian is mandatory (at the level of business communication, correspondence);
• high level of responsibility, organizational abilities;
• punctuality, friendliness, stress resistance.
