Our partner, an international agricultural company, offers an opportunity to join the team as a People Partner.

What will the People Partner do:

  • Providing company employees with advice on matters related to the field of personnel
  • Recruiting: search for candidates through various channels, coordination of recruiting agencies, organization and implementation interview, providing feedback employees and managers, preparation of job offers
  • Onboarding: coordination of the onboarding process, organization of welcome day, welcome training, support of new employees during the trial period
  • Offboarding: coordination of the dismissal process, conducting exit-interviews
  • Wellbeing: attracting speakers and organizing webinars (Wellbeing, Safety, Mobilization)
  • Insurance: coordination of the health and life insurance project (with the support of an insurance broker)
  • HR Admin: coordination of outstaffing agencies (recruitment/dismissal, payments, changes in working conditions, etc.)
  • Military (with the support of an external military inspector): keeping military records and reports, checking military documents employees

People Partner will be part of the international People community with the opportunity to participate in regional projects.

Requirements:< /p>

  • From 2-3 years of experience in the position of People Partner / HR Generalist
  • Experience in selecting "white collars", good interviewing skills
  • Management experience employee's life cycle: onboarding, 1:1, offboarding
  • Reporting and billing experience
  • Would be an advantage: experience in L&D or Wellbeing
  • Would be an advantage
  • u>: booking experience on mobilization, if there is no experience - willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law
  • A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Languages: fluent Ukrainian, English – Upper-intermediate (spoken).
  • < li style="font-weight: 400">Diligence, proactivity, the ability to prioritize work and quickly switch between tasks
  • Empathy, communication within the framework of business ethics
  • Orientation on the result, motivation to study, develop in the profession

  • Offboarding: coordinate firing process, conduct exit-interviews  
  • Prepare organizational announcements
  • Wellbeing:search speakers and organize webinars (Wellbeing, Safety, Mobilization)
  • Insurance:coordinate medical & life insurance project with broker
  • HR Admin:coordinate outstaffing agencies (hiring/firing , payments, changes in job conditions etc)
  • Military:manage military records and reports, audit military documents of employees, reserve employees from mobilization (with support of external military inspector)

People Partner will be a part of international People community with opportunity to participate in regional projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in People Partner / HR Generalist role
  • Experience in recruitment of white collars, good interviewing skills
  • Experience in managing employee's life cycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, offboarding
  • Experience in reporting and calculations
  • Will be an advantage: experience in L&D or Wellbeing
  • Will be an advantage: experience in reservation from mobilization, if no experience – readiness to learn extensively
  • Basic knowledge of Labor legislation
  • Efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent Ukrainian
  • English level Intermediate+with readiness to learn extensively
  • Treat people with respect and build trustful partnership
  • High learning agility
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines< /li>
  • Attention to details in documents and calculations
  • Good communication and presentation skills
