The NGO "Women's Consortium of Ukraine" is looking for a case manager to work in the Mykolaiv region.

Location: m. Mykolaiv and Mykolaiv region.

About the organization:

The Women's Consortium of Ukraine is a public organization that was founded by representatives of women's public organizations in 2001 to ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men, respect for children's rights.

For this purpose, the Women's Consortium of Ukraine creates safe spaces in Mykolaiv and mobile teams to work in the Mykolaiv region. In safe spaces and mobile teams, services will be provided to 1) support women in difficult life situations, including those who have experienced gender-based violence,/or suffered from war, etc. 

This project is implemented with the support of "Norwegian People`s Aid" (Norway).

About the vacancy:

We are looking for experienced case managers to support women, in particular those who have experienced gender-based violence, or in the risk group.

Main job duties:

• Ensure managing affairs social support of clients, in accordance with the case management methodology (assessing the needs of the client; drawing up an action plan; organization and coordination of services needed by the client, such as medical assistance, social support, psychological, legal consultations, etc.; monitoring and assessment of progress, etc.). community.
• Cooperation with other professionals and specialists, organizations, with the aim of providing comprehensive support to clients.
• Maintenance of reporting documentation and electronic databases.
• Mapping services in the community according to the needs of clients.
• Working as part of mobile teams.
• Introduction of appropriate reporting and timely submission of reports to the coordinator project.
• Participation in methodological, educational and other activities.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in the field of social work or a related field.
• Experience as a case manager (social work specialist) for at least 1.5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interaction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Dedication, proactivity and desire to work to achieve positive results.
• Dedication to the values ​​of the Women's Consortium of Ukraine, in particular gender equality and protection of children. 

Conditions:

Work in a safe space, m. Mykolaiv and trips as part of a mobile brigade in the Mykolaiv region.;

Official employment;

Starting work in December 2024.
