Main duties:

• Working with designers(working out product designs for manufacturability, proposals regarding the design).
• Development of typical technical processes, instructions for control and product testing.
• Maintenance of the calendar schedule production.
• Ordering the tool. Draw the attention of the immediate supervisor to the warning or failure of materials, parts, technological equipment units in production.
• Development of technological equipment.
• Printing drawings, dividing them by types of operations and transferring them to workplaces. Transfer scans for the laser machine. Determine the priority of manufacturing parts and assemblies.
• Control of technical requirements for raw materials, materials, finished products.
• Control of the quality of manufactured products. Identify different types of defects and ways to prevent them. Analyze the causes of shortages and production of low-quality products, develop measures for their prevention and elimination, as well as consider complaints about the products produced by the enterprise.
• Technical consultations for employees, solving problematic issues related to the manufacture of parts, assemblies, finished products.
• Development and calculation of technically justified time standards (production), calculation of material cost standards (material consumption standards, tools).
• Description of the technological possibilities of production on the company's equipment. Minimum and maximum (limit) permissible possibilities. In the event of a change, make adjustments.
• Control over the observance of technological discipline in the shop and the correct operation of technological equipment and tools.
• Development inpackaging for individual parts and units of products being shipped, their lifting (there are units with a shifted center of gravity), as well as placement on the car body. Ordering materials for packaging. Drawing up plans for the placement of equipment, technical equipment and organization of workplaces, calculation of production capacity and equipment loading.
