головний спеціаліст-системотехнік відділу з інформаційної безпеки та кіберзахисту управління інформаційних систем та електронних реєстрів, категорія "В"

Посадові обов’язки

 здійснення інженерно-технічних заходів щодо забезпечення кібербезпеки, кіберзахисту та інформаційної безпеки вузлів інформаційно-комунікаційної системи Пенсійного фонду України обласного / районного рівнів, здійснення заходів щодо мінімізації наслідків інцидентів безпеки;

 забезпечення супроводження в Головному управлінні вимог цільового профілю безпеки інформаційно-комунікаційної системи Пенсійного фонду України. Забезпечення адміністрування мережевого захисту інформації та засобів безпеки захисту вузлів ІКС;

 проведення спостереження та забезпечення функціонування цільового профілю з безпеки на вузлах інформаційно-комунікаційної системи Пенсійного фонду України обласного/районного рівнів та комплексної системи захисту інформації до завершення строку її дії, аналіз стану та ризиків безпеки інформації, перевірка випадків порушення стану безпеки;

 забезпечення криптографічного захисту інформації та за дотримання політики безпеки при використанні засобів криптографічного захисту інформації, використання кваліфікованого електронного підпису в головному управлінні;

 здійснення супроводження програмно-технічного комплексу “Банк/Клієнт” в Головному управлінні, програмно-технічних комплексів державних органів та установ;

в межах своїх повноважень проведення інформаційно-роз’яснювальної роботи щодо забезпечення ефективного функціонування інформаційних технологій та систем, що експлуатуються;

забезпечення виконання вимог законодавства про запобігання корупції.

Умови оплати праці

посадовий оклад - 31192,50 грн. (з урахуванням вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 25 квітня  2023 року № 391 «Деякі питання оплати праці працівників державних органів та органів місцевого самоврядування під час воєнного стану»);

надбавка до посадового окладу за ранг відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 18 січня  2017 року № 15 "Питання оплати праці працівників державних органів" (із змінами);

надбавка за вислугу років відповідно до абз. 2 та 4  пункту 12 Прикінцевих положень Закону України від 03.12.2025 № 4695-ІХ «Про Державний бюджет України на 2026 рік», Закону України від 10.12.2015 № 889-VІІІ «Про державну службу», Порядку обчислення стажу державної служби, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 25.03.2016 № 229;

премія відповідно до статті 52 Закону України "Про державну службу".

Інформація про строковість призначення на посаду

строково, до призначення на цю посаду переможця конкурсу, або до спливу 12 місяців після припинення чи скасування воєнного стану

3) documents and copies of documents confirming the availability of Ukrainian citizenship, education and work experience (by providing copies of documents, you consent to the use of your personal data within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine).
